Terms for Manaslu Circuit
Plain-language terms for every Trekmarg trek. Please read them before you book.

1. Prices
All prices are in US dollars per person. Group departure prices are fixed per trek. When 3 or more people book together on a group departure, each person gets 10% off.
Group departures take a maximum of 6 travellers. Private treks can be any size: the price per person drops as the group grows, and our manager, Nirman Ghorsaine, sends a quote once your group size is final. A solo private trek costs the group price plus $250 (plus $500 on Mera Peak, where the climbing guide and logistics are shared from Khare).
2. What's included
- All transport (private, shared or public, whichever suits the route)
- Three meals a day on the trek
- All necessary permits and park fees
- Licensed guide and porter
- Accommodation throughout the trek
- Sleeping bag, trekking poles and micro-spikes
Mera Peak also includes the climbing permit, climbing guide, climbing gear and Kathmandu–Lukla flights.
3. Deposit and confirmation
A 10% non-refundable deposit is due when you book. Your booking is only confirmed once we receive the deposit. Until then, your place on a group departure is not held.
4. Paying the balance
The remaining balance is paid before or on arrival in Kathmandu, by cash, bank transfer or Wise.
5. Cancellation by you
- 30 days or more before departure: we keep the deposit. Nothing more is charged.
- Less than 30 days before departure: 10% of the total trek cost is charged.
6. No refunds for unused services
We can't refund early returns, missed services, or no-shows on the day of departure.
7. Changes on the trail
Mountain weather, trail conditions, flight delays and the health of the group can change the itinerary. Your guide's decisions about safety are final. Extra costs caused by events outside our control (for example extra nights because Lukla flights are cancelled) are paid by the traveller.
8. Insurance and health
You need travel insurance that covers trekking at your trek's maximum altitude, including helicopter evacuation. Please tell us about any medical conditions when you book, so your guide can plan for them.
